Search "Starbucks Teamworks" in the store
The Starbucks Teamworks app is the primary mobile scheduling tool for Starbucks partners. It is built on the Teamworks workforce management platform and gives you full access to your work schedule, shift management tools, and team communication — all from your smartphone.
Searching the app store? Search for "Starbucks Teamworks" — not "Partner Hours." The app may also appear as "SBUX Partner Hours" in some regions.
Find the App Store on your iPhone or iPad home screen and tap to open it.
Tap the search icon and type "Starbucks Teamworks" or "SBUX Partner Hours." Look for the official Starbucks icon.
The app is free. Tap "Get" and authenticate with Face ID, Touch ID, or your Apple ID password.
Open the app, enter your Partner ID (or Global Username) and password, then tap "Log In."
Find the Play Store app on your Android device and open it.
In the search bar, type "Starbucks Teamworks" or "SBUX Partner." Select the official Starbucks app.
The app is free. Tap Install and accept any permissions required. The download should take under a minute on most connections.
Launch the app, enter your credentials, and tap "Log In." Enable push notifications to receive schedule alerts.
See your complete upcoming schedule, shift details, total weekly hours, and any open shifts available to pick up.
Receive instant alerts when your schedule is updated, a shift swap is accepted, or your manager sends a message.
Request shift swaps, post shifts to the open board, and accept or decline swap requests from colleagues.
Submit vacation requests and personal days directly from your phone. Track approval status in real time.
Message your store team or receive announcements from your manager — all within the app.
Monitor your cumulative hours worked per week, compare to previous pay periods, and estimate your paycheck.
Verify you are using the correct credentials (Partner ID/Global Username and password). Check that you have an active internet connection. Try force-closing the app and reopening it. If problems persist, try logging in via the Partner Hub website to confirm your credentials are correct, then retry the app.
Pull down to refresh the schedule view. If your schedule still doesn't appear, it may not be published yet — check with your manager about when the next schedule will be posted. Also verify the app is updated to the latest version.
Go to your phone's Settings, find the Teamworks app, and ensure notifications are allowed. Also check within the app's own notification settings and confirm you haven't silenced alerts. On iOS, also check that "Allow Notifications" is on under Settings › Notifications › Teamworks.
